Export Fair

Any fair is a social gathering. It is organized to promote business & exhibit products, both agricultural & industrial. It has been being held in our country for the last few years. This year it was held at Shre-E-Bangla Nagar. I went there with my parents to visit the fair & to buy a television set. Going there I was amazed to see so many stalls arranged orderly. There were stalls of arts, crafts, agricultural & industrial goods. Jute & jute goods, cane products, wood goods were the best displayed & exportable goods of Bangladesh. Apart from these items, various electronics goods, computers etc. also were displayed. I was tempted to buy a computer set, but I could not do so for want of money. However, we bought a nice television set & then returned home. After visiting the fair, I realized that buy holding such fairs Bangladesh can enter into new business. Through this fair we can draw the attention of the foreign buyers to our products, & thus our economy will be strengthened. So the govt. should take initiatives to hold trade fair each year.

Various Aspects of Brain Drain

Lured by the charms of developed countries bright boys & girls leave their poor native lands & go abroad & after finishing their higher studies some of them often settle there. But if they work there for a limited period & send money to their native land then the country is benefited by getting foreign exchange. And if the intelligent & skilled people leave the country for good then the poor native land becomes poorer. But disregarding the lure of high salary & better living conditions some people stay home & work for the betterment of the motherland. They are the real patriots who can make a town or a country worth livin
