Good Teacher

A teacher is a person who imparts knowledge to his pupils. A teacher having vast knowledge of his subject, possessing the quality of regularly, honestly, sympathy etc. is called a good teacher. He is the pivotal element in teaching systems. So he must have strong personality. But he should also be friendly with his students. He needs to make his teaching interesting & lively. He discovers the latent talent of the students, finds out their weaknesses & strengths & make them feel confident. In a word, he is a friend, guide & philosopher for his pupils.
