Traffic jam means long line of vehicles which cannot move or
move slowly. It’s a common affair in big cities & towns. It’s a great
problem in our life. The causes of traffic jam are many. Over population,
unlicensed vehicles, overtaking tendency, parking of vehicles here & there,
lack of traffic law & street accident are responsible for traffic jam. Traffic
jam causes a great harm to our life. It kills our valuable time. It hampers
our work. Students, office-goers & other people cannot reach their
destination in proper time. As a result they suffer much. However, this problem
can be solved by taking proper step. Well-planned spacious roads should be
constructed. Traffic rules should be imposed strictly. Sufficient Traffic
police should be posted on important points. Unlicensed vehicles should be
removed. A good traffic system can be possible by doing all these things. After
all, for our easy & comfortable movement a good traffic system is utmost
needed.
Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs of our body according to rules. It is essential to keep our body fit & mind sound. There lies a close connection between body & mind. We can not think of a sound mind without a sound health. It is physical exercise which enables us to build a good health. Physical exercise makes our body active & the muscles strong. It also improve our power of digestion and blood circulation. It gives strength to our brain. A machine gets rust for want of proper use. Human body is also a machine. It becomes inactive & weak for want of exercise. So we should take regular physical exercise in order to maintain a sound health and lead a happy life.
